175 Varick is a 174,137 square foot loft office building in Manhattan’s vibrant and expanding Hudson Square submarket.

Built on Victor Mayper’s architectural design in 1926 and having undergone extensive façade renovation in 2014, 175 Varick boasts 12’ slab heights and oversized windows, providing an abundance of light and views of the lower Manhattan skyline and Hudson River.
